Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the StratHealth innovation platform and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an idea, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

3. Submissions and Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service and to share innovations within the network as you choose (e.g., when you opt to share an idea to the network).

4. Development and External Collaboration

StratHealth may share de-identified summaries of innovations with potential partners, developers, or investors to support development of promising ideas. The submitting organization will not be identified without explicit consent. StratHealth does not acquire ownership of innovations through this process. Organizations are not obligated to participate in any development or commercialization discussions.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
