Submit Ideas
Encourage employees across your organization to submit innovative ideas that make a measurable difference.
Ask staff to focus on ideas that improve one or more of the following:
- Cost savings – reducing expenses or eliminating waste
- Revenue generation – creating new services or improving reimbursement
- Time and efficiency – streamlining workflows or reducing administrative burden
- Patient experience – improving access, satisfaction, or quality of care
- Employee experience – supporting staff engagement and retention
Focusing on these impact areas helps surface ideas that can produce meaningful operational and financial improvements.
Recognize contributions by selecting a monthly or quarterly "Most Innovative" award and celebrating winners at staff or board meetings.

When appropriate, select "Share to Network" to share your organization's innovation with other hospitals or health centers in your network.
